During the pilot, we may collect contact information (name, email, phone) and basic details needed to facilitate a referral (e.g., contractor category, approximate project amount). We ask that you do not submit highly sensitive information through the website contact form.

How we use information

We use information to (a) respond to your request, (b) facilitate referrals to third‑party lenders when requested, and (c) improve the pilot workflow.

Third‑party lenders

If you choose to apply with a third‑party lender, your application is handled by that lender under their policies and terms. CreditForge does not control the lender’s underwriting or decisions.

Consent

We aim to collect and use information with consent and for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate. We strive to align with Canadian privacy expectations, including PIPEDA principles.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for pilot operations and legitimate business purposes, and then securely delete or anonymize it.
